In 2015, Joy Talent Agency launched as a boutique agency focused on providing a premier level of service to both client needs and talent development. Joy leveraged her deep-routed industry experience and quickly grew the agency to become one of the most recognized agencies in the Philadelphia area. JTA prides itself in delivering experienced fashion, lifestyle, and spokesperson talent to some of the area’s largest clients as well as models to the leading beauty brands across the globe.

Over the past 25 years, Joy has become a recognized and respected model in the industry. Joy’s modeling career has spanned both nationally and internationally, including being featured on the pages of countless publications and print campaigns. Joy has benefited from acting in motion pictures as well as various local commercials. She is also known for her presence and long career as a model on QVC.

Continuing to strive for excellence in her industry, in 2014 Joy partnered with her sister, Rosanne Penn, to launch JOY TALENT AGENCY with the intent to provide quality representation for models and tailored resources for clients. Joy’s attention and commitment to her craft provide a unique opportunity for models and clients alike.

Rosanne Penn, Business Co-Owner
Graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova University (MS), Rosanne has acquired over 20 years of business and independent consulting experience with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies.

Anna Brignola, Digital Content & Social Media Manager
Graduate of the Fox School of Business, Temple University. Anna brings her digital and social media marketing experience to JTA focusing on elevating the business through technology and digital platforms. Anna’s attention to detail in model recruitment and bookings as well as a fresh outlook into industry trends rounds out our JTA team.
